“ I ordered the Beef Lanzhou noodle soup, Dan Dan noodles, and a side of shrimp chips. I think fresh shrimp chips are honestly the best! Not every restaurant offers it so I had to get some. Sooo good! I dipped it in the soup. I was impressed. You could tell the noodles were hand pulled and fresh. Wow! It was a generous amount of noodles too. Took me two days to finish the soup. It was fantastic for a very cold day. The Dan Dan had a different flavor profile that I wasn't used to. Still delicious though! A large portion too. I'm sure I'll be back to try more stuff off the menu! Def coming back for the shrimp chips too! ”
“ Will need to come back to try more noodle dishes, but the summer cold noodles were great. Zappy and refreshing from the pickled vegetables. BBQ skewers were tender and flavorful. Quick, attentive service. Reasonably priced. ”
“ Kung Fu Noodle is finally here from Dayton Ohio. After rated as one of the top places to eat in the US this place has expanded to CBUS. They are known for their hand stretched noodles similar to Jiu Thai and specialize in Northern Chinese cuisine They are right by Tea Moji. I really enjoyed their Dan Dan Noodles they are delicious and not too overpowering spicy. They noodles are chewy and just the right consistency. They have skewers as well similar to Jiu Thai which are great. Definitely try them out ”
“ I don't leave reviews... the beef braised soup with hand drawn noodles was one of the better things I've ever eaten. Broth, noodles and beef all on point and it even looked amazing. Can't wait to come back. ”
“ We ordered the dumplings as an appetizer but they were the last to come out. I was not a fan of them since the dough was too thick. The soups broth was tasty. I added chili oil to mines since I wanted it to be spicy. Broth was tasty. ”
“ Hand stretched noodles are one of my favorite things to eat in the winter and the noodle soup was perfect for the cold weather. The beef noodle soup came with lots of bok choy and scallions in the warm broth, but I remember there being more carrots in the one at the Dayton location. It was still good though and the portion of noodles was large. Since the broth is on the blander side, I also enjoyed eating it with the chili oil sauce, which added a nice kick. The Dan Dan noodles were so flavorful and surprised me with how good it was. The minced meat and sauce created the perfect creamy texture mixed with the noodles. The Chinese hamburger was an interesting dish. It was an English muffin type of bread, filled with what looked like pulled pork and green peppers. It wasn't spicy and the flavor was savory with a slight crunch from the pepper. It was packed with meat, so I got pretty full just eating this! They have lots of indoor seating and the service was quick. Will be back for more noodles! ”
“ Noodle thats hand pulled always taste better. They have a variety of noodles and you can always opt for hand pulled instead of the regular noodle at extra cost. I tried the hand pulled dan dan noodle. I was expecting it to be spicy but its not which is disappointing. It's more salty with a peanuty taste. They also sell bbq skewers. The lamb is nice but the sausage is overcooked, making it hard and dry. I would definitely recommend any of the hand pulled noodle. ”
“ We saw a feature the Dispatch did on Instagram and knew we had to try these hand pulled noodles! I had the stir fried noodles with chicken, upgraded to have the hand pulled noodles. My husband ordered the Dan Dan Noodles and we ordered one order of Steamed Dumplings and one order of Fried Dumplings! We were very happy with everything we ordered! We'll definitely order again soon! ”
